El Progreso recovers its previous formula of giving two national prizes: the Cultural and Solidarity Prize, and another merely Solidarity to an NGO, as well as a Local Prize and the Gold Medal of Honor of the entity, of an agrarian nature, in the early days of the events of the Night of Wine in Villarrubia de los Ojos, which will end with a musical performance.
"We see that little by little the issue is normalizing and we want to celebrate again in about three months our night of coexistence and reunion with friends, culture, solidarity, agriculture and music, something that goes in the genes of our entity, that is, our national awards with a dinner of members and guests, as before, something that we had to suspend and adjust to the health emergency that we suffered at the beginning of 2021, then dedicating the awards to the associations to help them ”, says its president Jesús Julián Casanova.
The Cultural award carries a significant financial amount to allocate to a nationally recognized person, who in turn would donate it to a social purpose. The solidarity award, which also has another financial amount, is intended for an NGO with national and regional implementation. With the Local award you want to highlight a person or entity from Villarrubiera. And the Medal of Honor rewards some person or entity of an agrarian nature.
